DeGaetano & Carr LLP has maintained its small firm character for its existence over 7 decades. We pride ourselves on being a boutique firm with a familiar feel. Your matters are handled solely by our attorneys, and great care is taken to get to know the client and his/her underlying priorities.

The foundation of DeGaetano & Carr LLP began when Peter F. DeGaetano, Esq. started his own firm after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. During the early years of his practice, Peter DeGaetano shared office space with Renzo Rava, Esq., and over the course of several decades, he and Prof. Rava worked closely together on mutual clients. Many of these clients had strong connections with Italy and other European countries, and Peter DeGaetano became a trusted counselor to them in New York.

Pamela Carr joined Peter upon graduating from the George Washington University Law School, and Paul DeGaetano joined them a few years later upon graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. Pamela Carr focuses on the estate and trust work, while Paul DeGaetano focuses on the business and real estate work.
